How will I be billed?
All payments are processed securely through our payment partner, Stripe. You’ll receive an email confirmation and receipt right after your purchase.
Do you offer monthly and yearly plans?
Yes! You can choose between a monthly or yearly subscription during checkout. Yearly plans are billed upfront and often include a discount.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. You can cancel your subscription anytime before the next billing date. After canceling, your plan will remain active until the end of your billing cycle.
What happens if my payment fails?
If a payment fails, Stripe will automatically retry the charge. You’ll also receive an email prompting you to update your payment method to prevent service interruption.
Do I get an invoice or receipt?
Yes! Invoices and payment receipts are automatically sent to your email after each successful transaction. You can also request past invoices anytime.
Are my payment details secure?
Definitely. We never store or see your payment information — all transactions are securely encrypted and handled by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor.
